Your Dog’s Own Indoor Playground

The Dog House is located in Portland’s South Waterfront District, just off I-5 and SW Macadam Ave - across from Elizabeth Caruthers Park on SW Moody Avenue. While on vacation, at work, or play, we’ll see that your pup is doing what they do best....play!

Daycare
Our temperature-controlled play arena is over 2000 sq.ft. with a dog-specific ventilation system. As a result, the cleanest and most comfortable facility in town. We have a separate play area for small breeds and/or less active dogs as well.

A completed Registration Form and proof of vaccinations are required for all daycare and boarded dogs.

Grooming
The Dog House is pleased to announce the recent addition of Yulee Aronsen. Yulee comes to us with a proficiency in all-breed grooming and is eager to accommodate any special requests.

Full grooming starts at $45 and includes bath, haircut, nails, and ears cleaned. For inquires, breed-specific pricing or to schedule an appointment please email thedoghousegroomer@gmail.com or call 503.997-7006.

In addition to full-service grooming, The Dog House offers both U-Wash and We-Wash dog washes.

Boarding
The Dog House is proud to offer overnight dog boarding 365 days a year. The best part is that your pooch gets to play with us at our indoor playground each day! Every boarded dog has their own private suite that is furnished with beds, food/water, and their favorite toys.

Management and Staff at The Dog House are certified in Red Cross Dog First Aid and CPR.
